August 31-September 2
Join Anna and Clare for a Spring retreat at the beautiful Govinda Valley Retreat Centre in the heart of the Royal National Park. We will be planting trees to honour Mother Earth and give our love back to this land – in healing the earth we heal ourselves and vice versa.
Spring is a time for transformation, new life, heightened energy. It is the perfect time to take stock of the things we want to bring forth into our lives and that which we want to let go of. On the last day of winter we will hold a bonfire and a letting go ritual. Then on the first day of Spring we will plant our trees with our intentions of what we want to cultivate, nourish and grow in our lives.
Shake off the Winter sads and revitalise yourself with a weekend of grounding Earth connection, tree planting, forest bathing, movement, ecstatic dance, meditation, sanga group discussion, yoga asana and yin yoga, delicious planet-friendly vegan food and much more. Come and rewild your body, heart and soul!

Here are some lovely things previous retreat participants had to say about Wild Child Moves retreats:
Wow what can I say….brilliant!! Never having experienced the joy of yoga before I am now in awe. Cannot wait to continue my learning and appreciation for this beautiful act of learning and self exploration. Thank you so much xxoo
Wild Hearts transformed my shattered heart back into the pulsating heart of a joyous soul. Completely turned my smile back up the right way.
I would recommend Wild Hearts retreat to anyone that would like to be immersed in nature and enjoy beautiful yoga and meditation.
