Breath Meditation: Regulate Your Nervous System Through Breath

This is a 15 min breath meditation, beginning with some gentle movement with the breath, and then learning how to regulate our nervous system through controlled breathing. Breathing at a pace of six times per minute, with full diaphragmatic breaths, for two minutes switches us over from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest, activating and toning the vagus nerve. In this meditation we explore this practice and then settle into watch the natural movement of the breath.
