This is the weekly supplement video for Flight School, a weekly arm balance and inversions class at Union Street Yoga ( streaming live online atm). This week we continue strengthening the obliques and shoulders, working up to Koundinyasana A (which in the video I refer to as Koundinyasana B, but after fact-checking myself it is A 🙂
